Fiber-Works ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) for all domestic orders. Your order will be shipped Priority Mail Service and should arrive within 2-3 days.
For all international orders, we can ship using either USPS or UPS. If you chose for us to ship using UPS, please contact us and we will quote you shipping costs to your country. We are sorry but at this time we cannot offer Shipping promotions on international orders.
Once your order has been received, we will process it and ship it out within 24 hours. United States Postal Service delivers Monday through Saturday. Please allow 5 days to receive your package before contacting us as sometimes USPS takes a little longer than expected due to a holiday or weather delays. Fiber-Works allows you 10 days from the day you receive your products to return them for a store credit. We cannot accept used towels. If we feel that the towel is not in new condition when we receive it, we will be unable to offer a credit.
